The service at times lagged in responsiveness, leading to a less than pleasant check-in experience.

Driving in is quite the experience. Feels like entering a Disney Castle with a grand entrance. The views from the room, especially overlooking the lake, made for a cozy escape.
There are quite a few drawbacks. Some rooms have maintenance issues, like broken bathroom doors and non-functioning ceiling fans. The slow check-in process could use some streamlining, as queues can be a bore. Dining options fell short, with a limited menu and high prices that may leave your stomach growling. The pool, while having a nice view, was a bit hard to locate and not as refreshing as hoped. The kids' area by the pool needed some attention-there were dirty spots that could have easily been cleaned up. You might end up needing a car to explore since the area is spread out and not so easy to wander around on foot.

Hotel is beautiful, but service disappoints. The lack of friendly greetings left me feeling unwelcomed despite the stunning views. Truly a cozy stay with excellent location.

The hotel boasts an exceptional design and is conveniently located in a peaceful area. The Deluxe King Room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and offered a partial view of the lake, enhancing my overall experience. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a variety of Malaysian dishes and highlights like eggs benedict, making for enjoyable dining. The pools were well designed, providing beautiful views of the nearby lake and structures, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere.
The check-in process was unusually slow, taking over 20 minutes.

The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of choices, and the made-from-scratch pizza was a standout. frequent issues plagued our stay, including a frustrating check-in process and a lack of communication regarding ongoing refurbishment, which made navigating the hotel feel chaotic. The games room was also disappointing, lacking essential equipment for activities. Despite these setbacks, the warm service from the staff contributed positively to our experience.
